Huge ups to everyone who brought the vibe Friday night!!! We had the largest turnout ever @ Brick House, maybe a scene in this area is possible, after all. I was sick most of the night, and didn't feel up to mixing my Tribute to BCUK set. I will be sure to drop it at the next DND Monthly (May 19th)! Tupper & Dalfin both showed up & represented! Tupper & Mattius started the evening off tagging with some smooth dnb, which soon evolved into harder, darker dnb. Tupper dropped a lot of tracks we hadn't heard in a while, plus he played an amen that I didn't even know he had. Dalfin hooked da hell out of Trace's 23 Degrees to Vertical LP [DSC14]. Both Dalfin & Tupper played very well, considering their lack of appearances @ Brick House. Wrecks were kept to a minimum, and hot tracks were dropped all night! Mattius, however, stole the show with his live mix of his upcoming album, Big Screen Basslines. He really nailed the first track. After that, he had a Led Zepplin interlude (nice touch!), then he mixed his final track - Track 2. We finished the night off with a 4-Dj tag set that kept da music flowin' 'til 2am. If you were in the area last night, there was no excuse good enuff for missing last night's party. Shits wuz off da hook!

Thanx to everyone who came out last night, I hope everyone enjoyed themselves as much as I did. We're stuck with a small venue right now, but everyone really showed the love, and came out to support the Dark N Dank crew, thanx. U know we keepin' it fresh each month. We miss u 2 & hope to cya next time u’re in da area. DND Monthlys are gettin' betta from month 2 month. So, by the time you get back 2 enc, we hope to have a more suitable venue. But for time being, Brick house is workin' out really well. Hope college (& life, in general) is goin' well 4 ya. Spread da word bout our site 2 all da GA bassheadz u come in contact w/ & we'll keep da site updated full of hot dnb mixes. Thanx 4 da post, feedback is great!

What a hell of a party! It was the first time I had slept in for work in about a year!

Mattius was killing his awesome set. Daflin shown up and dropped some beats. I wished DJ Lynkz would have felt better, but he was able to play some ill shit for a moment. Mattius and Tupper had an awesome tag set too.

The funniest part to me was the surprize on the DJ's faces when Tupper pulled out some vinyl that they didn't know he had.

Ups to everybody that showed up and party down with us!

I am glad i got to come out to the monthly. I haven't been able to make it to all the parties lately, so it was a treat to come and play. I got to the party late cuz work ran long but igot here in time to here a little of both Lynkz & Mattius. then we had a nice tag set with all four of the Dark'n'Dank crew. The party ran on 'til late. leaving all of us with fresh mixes in our head for upcoming parties. Since then i been coming to practice alot more, so the next party I'll be bringing the heat. PEACE
