Enjoyed the party! Heard tons of my favorite tracks. Great mixing + good vibes all night long. The light setup was cool as shit. Less space = more light. Unfortunately, the lights made the dj booth + dancefloor hot as hell. Nobody danced, but the party still ended up w/ LyNkZ & I covered in sweat on the dancefloor. Fun times! Can't wait 'til next month.

This party was different from many other parties that we have thrown in the past. This time, we did not promote at all. The only thing posted was on the site under the Brick House VIP Events forum. We figured if people didn't go to our massively promoted party @ The Dive last month, then they were shit out of luck.

The party started around 10:30, I started freestyling, followed shortly by Mattius. Both of us hooked some seriously dope mixes! After freestyling for an hour and a half, Mattius mixed his upcoming Rural Graffiti set. Mattius' set was a rough version of his upcoming album. It is still under construction, but I'm sure it will sound much better at next month's monthly. I didn't mix my Hostile Takeover set, cuz I just wasn't feelin' it. Promise to mix it next monthly, fo sho.

Props to the few that came, we'll do this again next month, as always. Hopefully, we'll get The Dive booked in May. But 'til then, parties resume at Brick House. However, there are some good things about throwing house parties; no complicated audio/light setup, no dress code, no travelling, comforts of home, access to all my rekidz, + many other benefits that I don't have time to list. Not to mention, Ashley & I know how to throw one serious afterparty! I hope next month's party will be just as fun as this month's. Remember next month's party is our annual 4:20 party, so there's even a better reason to party than normal. See everyone in 4 weeks, peace.

Small turn out for March's monthly, but we kept this one semi-private for the local heads. Had a blast, practiced a little on my upcoming set, and dropped a short freestyle set with LyNkZ. Good times, can't wait for next month!!
